CAREERS
From distributed systems
to agent swarms.
AI-first by default. Built on distributed systems at scale. Now: coordinated swarms for ML optimization.
OUR JOURNEY
Three chapters.
One through-line.
CHAPTER 01
Distributed systems at scale.
AI-first, by default — before it was a slogan. Before LLMs were a product category. The founders built distributed systems at Google, Xero, Trail of Bits, o1Labs, and Gensyn. Products that scaled across billions of transactions, millions of users, and billions in value.
Compiler work. Security research. Low-latency trade execution. Consensus and zero-knowledge proofs. Distributed GPU training. Pre-launch community building from zero. The kind of problems where a small mistake costs real money, and every line of code runs in production.
GOOGLE · XERO · TRAIL OF BITS · O1LABS · GENSYN
CHAPTER 02
SOTA shared memory for agents.
When we started Ensue, the first chapter was coordinated memory for multi-agent systems. A shared memory network that let agents store what they learned, share it selectively, and act on each other's findings. Store. Share. Automate.
We ran Autoresearch@Home: a distributed swarm of 115 agents sharing every experiment and every finding through a collective memory network. 280K+ memories and still compounding. It's the technical foundation everything else sits on.
280K+ MEMORIES · HUNDREDS OF AGENTS COMPOUNDING
CHAPTER 03
ML optimization via agent swarms.
Now we point those swarms at your hardest ML optimization problem. Inference kernels. Training loops. Architecture search. Data curation. Whatever moves the metric you care about.
A coordinated swarm runs thousands of experiments in parallel, compounds findings, and delivers a better model in six days from the first meeting. It's the alternative to hiring a researcher for six months with no guarantee.

FOUNDING TEAM
The people shipping it.
Small, funded, hungry to ship. Experienced makers who prefer demos to documents.
Austin Baggio
CEO / CO-FOUNDER
An operations-focused leader with a background spanning software, product, and marketing across Google, Hubdoc (acquired by Xero), and leadership positions across the Mina and NEAR ecosystems. He has shipped products for consumers and businesses, led critical initiatives that generated millions in revenue growth, and shipped developer tooling used by thousands of developers.
Sai
CTO / CO-FOUNDER
A competitive CTF player turned security researcher who began his career working on compilers and security research at Trail of Bits, before moving to Zoom where he found zero-days during the pandemic. Sai was a founding engineer at Skolem, which was acquired by Talos, where he worked on low-level trade execution, time series modeling, and portfolio work. Sai moved into distributed systems, working on consensus protocols and zero-knowledge proofs at o1Labs, where he met Austin. He now leads R&D and engineering at Ensue.
Christine Tyip
CMO / CO-FOUNDER
A GTM-focused leader with a deep background in building open-source communities across distributed projects and AI. Christine previously led ecosystem growth at Gensyn, the distributed GPU training network. She was the first community hire at o1Labs, and was responsible for building the pre-launch community. Christine brings with her a repeatable process for creating and developing open-source communities.
